Joe Bonamassa is extreme talent and his concerts are superb, but Mr. Frampton just knows how to put on THE BEST concerts. A true showman and every bit one of the best geetar players in the world.
...but, with his new material, NOT a concert for the older crowd who knew him in the 70s. He's got some great recent tunes that are really great and much heavier than the old. Unbelievably, quite a few of the "older generation" walked out after 2 hours while Mr. Frampton continued to play some great tunes for another hour. No intermission - 3 hours straight. MOS DEF you got your money's worth from him.
...AND the entire concert was recorded by a pro company and sold as a 3 CD set directly after the concert was over. Just had to wait about 20 mins. The CDs are studio quality. Fantastic.
